We caught up with E.S., a homeowner in Milford borough, after we completed his bathroom remodel. We wanted to learn a little more about his experience working with us and redesigning his bathroom.
How did you hear about Riverside Kitchen & Bath?
Internet search.
What made you hire them over other contractors?
I met with Rob (owner) and 2 competitors. Rob was the best in terms of the mix of competence & solutions, suggested price, and a very authentic person. The fact that he’s running his enterprise locally for over a decade also helped! As it turned out, he’s actually well known locally and we got 2 great endorsements of him when buying materials for the job, and suppliers asked who our contractor is!
What was the process like throughout your project? (was it on time? On budget? How was the crew? Their communication? Etc.)
Easy. On-time. On budget. Straightforward communications. Lots of common sense and good suggestions as unplanned smaller hurdles turned up as the project progressed. The crew was super professional and very engaging/friendly.
Now that the project is over, how do you feel about your new bathroom?
GREAT!
